Please carefully review these Terms of Service before utilizing our window tinting services for residential or commercial properties. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Service Warranty

   We take pride in offering a 10-year warranty for our window tinting services, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid for the duration of 10 years from the date of the service.

2. Warranty Limitations

   The warranty is applicable exclusively to the original customer who received the window tinting service from us. It is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to any other individual or entity.

3. Coverage

   Our service warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions for a period of 10 years. This includes issues related to peeling, bubbling, cracking, or discoloration of the tint film as outlined in the specific warranty terms provided for your project. Damages arising from intentional misuse, accidents, improper cleaning, alterations, or acts of nature are not covered.

4. Warranty Claims

   To initiate a warranty claim, please reach out to our team within the 10-year warranty period. We may request additional information or evidence to validate the claim, such as photographs or an in-person inspection.

5. Repair or Replacement

   Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the affected window tinting. The repair or replacement will be performed using materials and methods consistent with our standard practices.

6. Warranty Exclusions

   The warranty does not cover labor or any additional costs associated with the removal or reinstallation of the window tinting, transportation expenses, or any other incidental or consequential damages.

7. Limitation of Liability

   To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective window tinting, and we shall not be held liable for any other damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the tinted windows.

8. Modification or Termination

   We reserve the right to modify or terminate the warranty for our services at any time, with or without prior notice. However, any warranty claims initiated before the modification or termination will be honored as per the terms in effect at the time of the initial service.

9. Governing Law

   These Terms of Service, including any warranties, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which our services are provided. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.

By engaging our window tinting services, whether for residential or commercial purposes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, including the 10-year warranty with labor exclusion and other specific warranty terms provided for your project. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
